premiumbondstracker.com is an independent, unofficial resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NS&I. Premium Bonds and all prize draws are run by NS&I, part of HM Treasury.

Cookies

No cookies are set by this site, not for functionality, analytics, or advertising. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

If cookies or analytics are added in future (for example, basic visitor analytics), this notice and an appropriate consent mechanism will be updated first.

The rate-alert email signup

If you sign up for rate-change alerts, you'll be asked for your email address and to actively tick a box confirming you want that specific alert. This is used solely to notify you when NS&I changes the Premium Bonds prize rate or odds: nothing else, no other marketing, and it's never shared with third parties beyond the processor below.

Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms (part of Netlify, this site's host), which stores the submission so it can be read and used to send that alert. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit, opt-in consent, as required by PECR for electronic marketing communications. You can withdraw that consent and ask for your email to be deleted at any time by emailing the address above.

What data is processed, and by whom

Beyond the signup form, a small amount of technical data is inevitably processed just by the site being hosted and visited:

• Hosting (Netlify). Like virtually all web hosts, Netlify's servers process visitors' IP addresses and basic request logs (e.g. time, page requested, browser type) as part of delivering the site and for security purposes such as detecting abuse. This is a standard part of operating any website and is handled under Netlify's own privacy policy. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest: keeping the site running securely.
• Fonts (Bunny Fonts). Page typography is loaded from Bunny Fonts, a privacy-focused font delivery service that, unlike some alternatives, does not log or store visitor IP addresses or any personal data.
• Contact by email. If you choose to email the address above, your email address and message are processed only to read and reply to your query, under legitimate interest, and are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

None of this data is used for advertising, profiling, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Links to other websites

This site links out to NS&I (nsandi.com) and to news coverage from outlets such as MoneyWeek and MoneySavingExpert. Once you follow a link to another site, that site's own privacy policy applies. This notice only covers premiumbondstracker.com itself.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Because this site processes so little personal data, most of these rights won't have anything to act on, but for completeness, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is used (this notice)
• Request access to any personal data held about you
• Request correction or erasure of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability, where applicable
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled
